CHALET

Protective equipment
The use of face-mask is compulsory in all common areas and an interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter has to be mantained.
The owners and collaborators have been adequately trained and comply with the strict health protocol using personal protection devices.

Hygiene
Frequent cleaning of hands is compulsory by washing them with soap and water or disinfectant gel. An hand-sanitizer will be available for guests in each housing unit.

Check-in and final cleaning
The day of arrival we will be waiting for you at oour office located in Via Campiglio 126 (Dimaro) at the agreed time.
We will provide you with information brochures of Val di Sole and we will put you in touch with the owner who will take you to the chosen Chalet.
The information material will be provided in a bag for your personal use.
Only one person is allowed into the office at a time.
In order to limit the time spent by guests at the office during the check-in phase, we will ask you to send us your documents a few days before your arrival.
Check-in in the hut is possible from 16:00, check-out by 09:00 in order to allow adequate sanitization and greater ventilation of the rooms.
Upon check-out, we kindly ask you to open the windows of all the rooms to allow air exchange.
Accurate cleaning and disinfection with specific products (> 70% alcohol) are guaranteed for surfaces and floors with particular attention to the most frequently touched dpaces.
Bed and bath linens are replaced in its entirety at each guest change and thoroughly washed at a temperature above 75°.
The duvets, if present, will be abundantly aired and sanitized with a special solution.

Suspicious symptoms
In case of suspected COVID-19 symptoms it is recommended to wear the mask and isolate yourself in your home giving us immediate communication by phone or Whatsapp.

TRAVEL IDEAS

Group departures will be carried out with a maximum of 6 people.
The use of face-mask is not compulsory during physical activities, but a safety distance of 2 meters is necessary.
The use of face-mask is compulsory when the interpersonal safety distance can not be guaranteed.
During the activities it is compulsory to have hand sanitizer to use in case of need.
Technical equipment is sanitized at the end of each activity.

Accommodation
All Huts, Hotels and Residences scrupulously adhere to the provincial protocols drawn up for hotel and non-hotel facilities.
In huts it is mandatory to use the sleeping bag or bag sheet and blanket in light fleece and to bring with you your slippers and a personal towel.
