The Chalet Mas de Bresem is an ancient mountain farm, recently renovated by the owners maintaining unaltered the characteristics of the original structure. The interiors have been decorated with particular care with a predominant use of natural wood.

It is located in an excellent sunny and panoramic position and it is surrounded by exclusive properties of forests and meadows for 15.000 m2. These settings make Mas de Bresem ideal for nature lovers and families with kids who want to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains.

Mas de Bresem is an independent apartment and it is structured on three floors of about 50 m2 each. On the ground floor there is a living area with a kitchen equipped with a wood cook stove and a bathroom with steam bath shower for unforgettable and pleasant moments of relax. On the first floor there is a living room with satellite television, a bedroom with double bed, a second bathroom and a balcony. From here you can directly access the garden at the back side. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with a double bed and 2 single beds.The Chalet also disposes of a laundry room with washing machine accessible from outside.

Furthermore, the guests have their own wide garden equipped with a 10-seats table, a barbeque, a wooden fountain with fresh water and tanning beds.

Location & Activities

Chalet Mas de Bresem is located in the hearth of Val di Bresimo, at an altitude of 1.038 m a.s.l. in the north-western part of Val di Non and within the Maddalene mountain range.

The small village of Bresimo, with a restaurant and supermarket, is about 1 km far away from the Chalet, whereas the village of Livo, with its main services, can be reached in few minutes by car.

It is an excellet starting point for reaching 4 mountain farms opened during summer with food service and local product sales and for making pleasant excursions to discover the area.
