- Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements 
- Relevant provisions of the Italian Civil Code and Consumer Code 

For consumers residing within the European Union, jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile.
For consumers residing outside the European Union, jurisdiction lies with the Court of Trento, Italy.
