You'll spend five unforgettable days on the slopes, exploring four legendary resorts in the Dolomites : Alta Badia, Kronplatz, Marmolada, and Val Gardena — each offering a different flavor of alpine beauty, culture, and terrain. From wide cruisers and glacier descents to scenic loops through quaint alpine villages, each day brings a new mountain experience.

Your journey begins in the heart of Alta Badia, with sunny slopes, gourmet mountain huts, and famous pistes like Gran Risa and La Villa. Next, you'll head to Kronplatz (Plan de Corones), known for its smooth carving runs and sweeping views over the Austrian Alps. Then, ski the Marmolada Glacier, the highest peak in the Dolomites, with a legendary descent. Your adventure continues in Val Gardena, where you'll ski experience the grandeur of the Sellaronda, circling the Sella Massif across four alpine valleys.

You’ll unwind in just two handpicked 4-star hotels nestled in two of the Dolomites’ most iconic alpine villages — Alta Badia and Val Gardena. You can choose to experience your Dolomites ski safari either self-guided or accompanied by a professional Ski Guide.
On a self-guided safari, you’ll ski independently at your own pace. We handle all the planning—from carefully selecting and booking your hotels, to crafting a detailed daily itinerary— plus, you’ll have 24/7 support throughout your trip.
Opting for a guided safari means you’ll be accompanied by a Ski Guide for the entire ski journey. Upon request, we can tailor your route to include off-piste adventures. A Ski Guide offers a worry-free experience, helping you create a personalized holiday while also opening the door to the rich culture and traditions of the Italian Alps.

To safely face the safari, you need to have a good skiing level which means being able to parallel ski on slopes of intermediate difficulty (red ski slopes).

Program details

DAY 1

Arrive in Alta Badia and settle into your selected 4-star hotel. Take the afternoon to get acquainted with the charming Ladin villages and enjoy some relaxation time to prepare for your days on the slopes.

DAY 2  - SKI AREA ALTA BADIA

You’ll sweep down wide, panoramic runs bathed in sunlight. Each descent offers new views — from the vertical spires of the Sella Group to the silent majesty of the Santa Croce massif.
Along the way, take time to enjoy a gourmet lunch in one of the many slope-side rifugi, where local Ladin flavors are reimagined with elegance and creativity.
For those looking to test themselves, the legendary Gran Risa slope — home to the FIS World Cup Giant Slalom — awaits just off the main circuit, offering a thrilling challenge.
Return to your hotel for dinner.

DAY 3 - KRONPLATZ

Today’s journey takes you to Kronplatz, a skier’s playground renowned for its smooth, perfectly groomed slopes. 
From the summit, the views are nothing short of majestic: the snowy peaks of the Austrian Alps stretch to the north, while the jagged silhouettes of the Dolomites rise dramatically to the south.
Kronplatz is also home to striking modern architecture — don’t miss the chance to visit the Messner Mountain Museum Corones, designed by Zaha Hadid, where mountaineering meets art and alpine history.
After a rewarding day of skiing, return to Alta Badia and enjoy another evening of warm hospitality and fine dining.

DAY 4 - MARMOLADA

Today you’ll venture to the Marmolada Glacier, the highest peak in the Dolomites at 3343 meters. As you ascend via cable car, the world opens below: a sea of snow-covered peaks and untouched wilderness.
The descent from the glacier is legendary — a thrilling 12-kilometer run that winds from high alpine terrain down through larch forests. 
By mid-afternoon, you’ll transfer to Val Gardena, where your next alpine home awaits. 

DAY 5 - VAL GARDENA

Your first day in Val Gardena brings to the scenic loop through the villages of Selva, Santa Cristina, and Ortisei. Glide down sunlit slopes framed by dramatic Dolomite peaks like Sassolungo and the Odle, with a perfect mix of wide runs. From Ortisei, you can opt to venture to Alpe di Siusi — the highest Alpine plateau in Europe — where gentle, panoramic slopes are ideal for relaxed skiing and quiet immersion in nature.
Return to your hotel in Val Gardena for another restful evening in the heart of the Dolomites.

DAY 6 - SELLARONDA CIRCUIT

Immerse yourself in the unparalleled experience of the Sellaronda, one of the most famous ski circuits in the world. This iconic 40-kilometer loop around the majestic Sella Massif connects four valleys—Val Gardena, Val Badia, Val di Fassa and Valle di Fodom— and three regions - South Tyrol, Trentino and Veneto- offering a unique blend of stunning alpine scenery and diverse terrain. As you glide from one valley to the next, you’ll be surrounded by UNESCO-listed Dolomite peaks, dramatic rock formations, and charming mountain villages.
After this unforgettable day, return to your hotel in Val Gardena for a final night of comfort and gourmet in the Italian Dolomites.
