Located at 1,185 meters above sea level in a peaceful area, the chalet is just a short distance from the Folgarida-Marilleva Ski Area, with ski-in, ski-out access to Madonna di Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta, reachable in about 20 minutes (14 km).

Val di Rabbi, nestled in the Stelvio National Park, offers numerous opportunities in every season: from snowshoeing and ski mountaineering in winter to trekking, mountain biking, and sport fishing along the Rabbies stream in summer. There are also plenty of opportunities for relaxation, thanks to the proximity of the renowned Terme di Rabbi, open in the summer.
