The Chalet Mas Sas Fòra is located in Val di Rabbi, in the hearth of the Stelvio National Park. It enjoys a truely pleasant position, right next to stream Rabbies, in a quiet and peacefull area. The Chalet was recently renovated and completed in 2024, maintaining the traditional structure of local mountain chalets. 

Chalet Mas Sas Fòra is made up on two different apartments on two different floors, with a total capability of 10 people. It enjoys an elevated and privileged position sourrunded by the peaceful village of Piazzola on one side and greenery birch trees on the other side. It is the perfect chalet for those who would like to overnight not too far from villages, yet still being offered by some privacy and tranquillity.

The interiors of the structure are decorated in an essential way, decoration choice that provides the apartment a welcoming and traditional feel. The exteriors are made of wood and stone and they overlook a pleasant and spacious garden shared between the 2 apartments, enclosed by a fence and featured with a barbecue. The property offers  a laundry room, an equiment storage and private parking places for guests.

The ground floor houses the Cardo apartmenr, with a side entrance divercly overlooking teh garden. It features 2 bedrooms - one four-bed room with a double bed and a confortable bunk bes and a twin room - a modern kitchen and a spacious living room with a wood stove and two fully equipped bathroom (and a shower). It has two large clostets. The apartment's wall are decorated with naturalistic motifs and paintings that recall the forest. The garden has tables and benches.

An external stone stauscase provides a confortable and easy connection between the two apartments and the laundry room.

Location & Activities

The Chalet Mas Sas Fòra is located in Val di Rabbi at an altitude of 1.340 m a.s.l., in an above-ground position in the village of Piazzola, the first one sun-dreched by morning sunrise.

Few kilometers far away from the Chalet, in Cavallar area, a wonderful natural sound park so called "Fruscìo" has recently opened to help you to de-stress you during your rejuvenanting holidays. It's not uncommon to spot wildlife near the Chalet: deer, roer deer and foxes often venture beyond the forest edge. Val di Rabbi is known for a remarkable variety of activities and naturalistics places of interest including the suspension bridge over the Ragaiolo waterfalls and the Kneipp PAth in the San Bernardo Area.

The opportunities for excursions are countless in this natural space, both in the summer and winter months, such as practice of active sports like trekking in Stelvio National Park, sport fishing on the Rabies steam, ski mountaineering or country skiing in Val di Sole…not to forget, in summer, is the relaxing wellness center at the Thermal Spa of Rabbi, for those who are willling to add a touch of relax to their holiday and treat themselves to a moment of well-being.

The Chalet is about 20 km away, roughly 20 minutes by car, from the cable car valley station in Daolasa that in 12 minutes can bring you up to the Ski Area of Folgarida, Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio.
