Nestled in the peaceful and quiet area of Pedergnana, in the heart of Val di Rabbi, Chalet Mas Catel Pagano offers stunning open views over the valley and the village of San Bernardo.

The chalet, fully renovated and completed in spring 2026, preserves the authentic charm of traditional Alpine homes.
The wooden interiors are handcrafted by the owner, reflecting care, passion, and a deep love for the mountains, creating a warm and genuine atmosphere.

The property consists of two apartments, both accommodating up to 6 guests: the Erica Apartment, located on the first floor floor with direct access to the shared garden, and the Viola Apartment, at the second flor, with a panoramic balcony overlooking Val di Rabbi.

The ERICA Apartment consists of a kitchen with a bright living area, a bathroom and 6 sleeping accommodation: a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom. From the living area, you can step directly into the garden, an ideal space to relax in the sun, admire the surrounding views, or let children play freely outdoors.

The property offers outdoor parking and an indoor garage, a shared laundry room, and dedicated spaces for storing sports equipment.

The chalet is open year-round.
A car is recommended to ensure greater flexibility and convenience when getting around.

The valley offers countless opportunities to experience the mountains in every season. During summer, you can enjoy traditional cuisine in alpine huts and mountain refuges, take scenic hikes to the Saent and Valorz waterfalls, cross the impressive suspension bridge, or stroll through Fruscio Park.
For those seeking relaxation, in Summer, the nearby village of San Bernardo offers a Kneipp path, while the Rabbi Thermal Baths provide a unique wellness experience with alpine waters and sensory trails.
Nature and sports enthusiasts can go fishing, cycle along the Noce River bike path, try rafting, or enjoy horseback excursions, fully immersing themselves in the beauty of the valley. In winter, the area transforms into a quiet and enchanting landscape, perfect for snowshoeing, ski mountaineering, and cross-country skiing.
