DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Alex was introduced to outdoor activities by his parents, and since his childhood he has enjoyed traveling in the wild. Alex is a co-owner and co-founder of Mont Trekking. An engineer and PhD in telecommunications, Alex manages Mont Trekking's IT infrastructure, coordinates operations and leads business development. An avid hiker, cross-country skier and yachtsman, Alex enjoys exploring the Alps in search of new hiking itineraries that later add to the MONT Trekking collection of treks. Alex is the father of two boys who are both passionate mountain explorers.

ADVENTURE CONSULTANT
Rossella is originally from Trento and used to spend her childhood summer holidays at her grandma’s house in a very small village in Val di Sole, where Mont Trekking is based. From a young age, she immediately showed propensity for foreign languages. After a year abroad in Portugal, Rossella studied Tourism, Sport and Event Management in Bruneck. Once graduated, Rossella moved to her grandma’s village in Val di Sole and started to work in the local tourism industry, acquiring more and more customer care and problem-solving skills, and finally joined Mont Trekking. In her free time, Rossella loves cooking (especially desserts) and taking long walks with her beloved dog.

RESERVATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Chiara Cavallari was born in a small Alpine valley of Val di Rabbi in the Italian province of Trentino. Since childhood, Chiara has loved nature and explored the magnificent mountains that surround her home valley. For this reason, she decided to study in San Michele all’Adige at the Agrarian Institute, where she obtained her diploma in environmental and land management. After graduation, Chiara joined the reservations support group at Mont Trekking. Chiara has carried her passion and love for nature and the mountains throughout her entire life. Whenever she has some free time, she enjoys trekking in the mountains and discovering new beautiful places.

LEAD PROGRAM MANAGER
Erika has been a member of the Campo Base team since 2019. During this time, Erika has successfully worked with almost all aspects of the company's operations until she found her greatest interest in developing new trekking itineraries. Erika grew up in Val di Sole where she was introduced at very young age to the world of alpinism by her father, who was president of SAT Peio, a local section of the Italian Alpine Club (CAI). She completed her studies at the University of Trento and received the Bachelor Degree in Modern Languages for Tourism and Enterprise. In winter Erika dedicates herself to alpine skiing and ski mountaineering, whereas in summer she is a passionate climber and hiker. She turned her passion into a profession by training as a Mountain Leader.

RESERVATION SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Chiara is originally from Emilia Romagna and has been living in Val di Sole for a few years. At Campo Base, she communicates directly with the hut managers, ensuring our clients have a place to stay during their adventures. Her greatest passion is sports; all disciplines spark her curiosity. While in winter, she spends every free moment on the ski slopes or in the pool, in the summer, you can find her on the trails. She loves to travel and explore new places around the world, enjoys music – especially Italian – and is a fan of Grey’s Anatomy.

MANAGER OF SALES AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Martina is our office manager, always ready with an answer to any question. Her precision and sense of order are the keys that open all the doors of Campo Base. At work, she never misses a beat, and her standout talent is her memory: she has an excellent recollection of people and past events. She communicates with guests to find the best holiday options for each one, with great patience and professionalism. She loves summer for its green meadows and long sunny days. If she's not in the office, you’ll definitely find her at the gym: her passion is artistic gymnastics, which she practiced for years and now teaches.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Cecilia is co-founder and co-owner of Mont Trekking. As the managing director, she is responsible for the overall management of the company and is involved in all aspects of the company's operations. Cecilia was introduced to the mountains by her parents, who started managing the Rifugio Dorigoni mountain hut in Stelvio in the 1970s. Later, in the 1990s, Cecilia took over the management of Rif. Dorigoni and continues to manage the hut since then. In her little spare time, Cecilia loves to ski on the slopes of Val di Sole and Peio, and does not deny herself the pleasure of climbing a mountain peak in the Brenta Dolomites or walking along a via-ferrata.

DIGITAL AND WEB MANAGER AND ADVENTURE CONSULTANT
Veronica has a very valuable superpower: the ability to multitask. At Campo Base, she takes care of the chalet sector, fishing, and tailor-made experiences, and is our expert in marketing, digital, and web. She loves traveling and discovering new places, having lived in Stockholm for six months, and enjoys long mountain walks with her dog. She is the mother of two children, which makes her highly intuitive—our attentive ear to all the needs of families who choose Campo Base for their holidays.

TOUR OPERATING MANAGER AND ADVENTURE CONSULTANT
Daniela is in charge of programming and has been part of the Campo Base world since its early days: professionally, she was born and specialized here, and today she represents its backbone. Raised in Val di Sole, a place she has an endless love for, she has tried various sports and activities, especially in group settings: from cross-country skiing to singing, from playing in the band to dancing, and even climbing. She is the supermom of two wonderful children.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Oriola is our numbers expert and the administrative manager: her precision is one of the most important strengths of Campo Base! She speaks four languages, was born in Albania, and has lived in Italy for 24 years. She is a mother deeply in love with her two children.
Her favorite season is summer, as it reminds her of her beloved sea; in winter, she always finds silence and tranquility, especially when the mountains are covered in white snow, which makes her feel like a child again. She loves to travel, read, meet people from different cultures... and shop!

GROUP TOUR MANAGER AND ADVENTURE CONSULTANT
Nicola is the link between Campo Base and its guests: he sells our adventurous programs, designed with passion and enthusiasm, constantly improving them and perfecting every detail. He loves to write; many pages on our website and articles on our blog bear his signature.
He is interested in geopolitics, passionate about people and cultures, and loves staying informed. When he's not in the mountains or at the office, he follows a youth football team.
