The Residence Alice is situated in the peaceful district of Celledizzo, in a wide open green area.
The Residence is composed of two roomed and three-roomed apartments all recently reconstructed that can hold up to 6 people, all fitted with modern furnishings and elevator.
Apartments offer a bright kitchen with living room and sofa bed, double or twin bedrooms, one or two bathrooms.
They are all fitted with an induction cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coloured TV Sat, washing machine and a panoramic balcony which offer you a stunning view over the nature of Val di Peio.
The residence is complete with laundry and ironing room, heated ski deposit and a spacious garage. It also has a large garden equipped with barbecue, deckchairs and umbrellas which help to relax in the tranquillity in the middle of the mountains of Peio valley.
The lively owner, Andrea, will look after your every whim paying attention to every detail and will be able to advise you on the various trails and itineraries of Paio Valley…. especially the bike trails!
Location & activities
The Residence Alice is in Peio valley in the town of Celledizzo, at 1.100 m a.s.l. from the residence you have a wonderful view of high peaks of Val di Peio in Trentino like Mount Vioz, San Matteo and Mount Cevedale.
It is excellent Base Camp for activities, both during the winter and summer, being located in Stelvio National Park and for any activities in the nearby valleys of Val di Sole and Val di Peio.
The Folgarida, Marilleva and Madonna di Campiglio ski resort is 10 km away while the smaller ski resort of Peio is only a 10-minute drive away.

General conditions
- The price covers the rent of the apartment for a week, including water, light and heating
- Rental of bed linen and bath towels, on request € 15 per person
- Kitchen cloths not supplied
- Covered garage on request € 5 a day
- Babykit on request
- End of stay cleaning € 20 two-roomed | € 40 three-roomed (not including the kitchen block)
- Tourist tax € 1,20 per person per night (aged 14yrs and over)

- Deposit € 150
- Check-in at 1 p.m. - Check-out at 10 a.m. / flexible timetables will be allowed in compatibility with the availability of the apartment
- No smoking allowed
- Pets not allowed
Payments
To confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount + € 20 booking fee has to be paid by you. Please settle the total amount by 30 days before arriving.
Preferred methods: Bank transfer – Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the following terms & conditions will be applied:
- 30% of the total amount + booking fee (and insurance, if booked) will be deducted when cancelling up to 45 days before arriving
- 70% of the total amount + booking fee (and insurance, if booked) will be deducted when cancelling from 44 up to 30 days before arriving
- No refund when cancelling less than 29 days before arriving
