General Conditions

Included services

• The price covers the rent of the chalet for a week, including water, light and gas

Excluded services

Extra to pay on the spot:

• Rental of bed linen and bath towels compulsory costing € 12 per person
• End of stay cleaning € 50
• Tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night (aged 14yrs and over)
• Deposit € 150

Extra on request:

• Pets allowed on request € 20 per week per pet
• Cradle rental € 20 per week
• For multi-weeks stays, change of bed linen and bath towels on request at the end of each week, 12€ per person 

Notes:

• Heating by wood stove
• Bath towels not supplied
• Kitchen cloths not supplied
• No smoking allowed
• Check-in after 4 p.m. - Check-out before 09:30 a.m. /  on request flexible timetables will be allowed in compatibility with the availability of the chalet

Payment conditions

The booking will be confirmed only after having received a 30% deposit (or the full cost in case of “last minute” bookings) of the vacation.
Balance payment is due 30 days before the trip.
We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard/ Visa).

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation the following terms & conditions will be applied:

• 30% of the total price of the trip for cancellations communicated up to 45 days prior to the trip start date
• 70% of the total price of the trip for cancellations communicated from 44 to 30 days prior to the trip start date
• No refund beyond these terms
