An overall view
The Chalet Mas ai Molini is an old mountain farm, renovated with ancient techniques, without the use of glues and paints, just as it was done once.
The Chalet is composed of 3 apartments, for a total of 10 people, all with independent entrance: the three-rooms apartment Papavero on the ground floor, the studio apartment Margherita and the two-rooms apartment Primula on the first floors. All the residential units have been furnished with particular care and taste by the owner, through the recovery of antique or hand-made solid wooden furniture.
Apartment Primula is composed of a living area with two single bed and a small loft, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. It has direct and independent access to the back side of the Chalet and disposes of a balcony overlooking the garden.
Guests have at their disposition a convenient parking, a wide common garden with fruit trees and aromatic herbes equipped with barbecue, a wooden fountain, games for children and tanning beds.
Location & Activities
The Chalet Mas Antico Molino is located near the village of Livo in Val di Non, at an altitude of 740 m, in a peaceful area surrounded by fruit coltivations and by the forest.
Livo is situated at about 2 km and it offers the main services, wheareas at about 20 min by car you can reach the near Val di Sole and the skilifts which will bring you directly on the Skiarea Folgarida-Marilleva-Madonna di Campiglio.

General conditions
Included services
- The prices include the rental of the hut for one week including the consumption of water, electricity and gas for the kitchen
Excluded services
Mandatory extras to pay on site:
- Obligatory rental of bed linen and towels € 15 per person
- Final cleaning € 50
- Tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night (from 14 years)
- Deposit € 100
Extras on request:
- Pets allowed on request € 30 per week per pet (max 2)
- For longer stays, change of bed linen on request between a week and another, € 15 per person
Notes:
- Cot available on request
- Kitchen linen provided
- Smoking is not allowed
- Check-in from 16:00 - Check-out before 09:30 / on request flexible entry and exit times will be granted in accordance with the availability of the cabin
Payment conditions
The booking will be confirmed only after having received a 30% deposit of the cost of the entire stay.
Balance payment is due 30 days before the trip.
For last-minute reservations, made within 30 days of arrival at the hut, it will be required to pay the total balance (100% of the cost of the stay).
We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard/Visa).
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation the following terms & conditions will be applied:
- 30% of the total price of the trip for cancellations communicated up to 45 days prior to the trip start date
- 70% of the total price of the trip for cancellations communicated from 44 to 30 days prior to the trip start date
- No refund beyond these terms
